CDM Smith seeks a Senior Environmental Engineer on our Water team to deliver water treatment facilities of moderate to high complexity across the Southeast. You will lead design efforts, review compliance, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with sales on proposals and client partnerships.

Expect travel 10% or less. The role emphasizes delivering world-class water infrastructure, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on duties and project demands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams to design and deliver water treatment facilities and related water infrastructure.
• Review draft designs and reports for compliance with regulations and sign off as engineer-of-record.
• Develop technical papers and design documentation for new or special designs.
• Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to RFPs and review them for adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Proactively meet with clients to review design needs and enhance visibility of firm products and services.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and mentor for growth.
• Perform other duties as required.
