Job summary

The Probst Group is seeking a Technical Services Project Manager to support clients and internal teams in delivering innovative wastewater treatment equipment, operations, consulting, and process engineering. The role focuses on managing projects from inception through construction, maintaining budgets, schedules, and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, coordinating with stakeholders, and drafting bid requests and evaluating quotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3-8+ years of experience in wastewater or a related field.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant processes, equipment, instrumentation, and controls.
• Proficiency in utilizing P&ID and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for all assigned projects, maintaining positive relationships and relaying technical expertise to the customer.
• Utilize project management methods to manage schedules, scope, and budgets through all phases of a project, including construction.
• Coordinate schedules and budgets with project stakeholders.
• Assign and manage tasks to project team members.
• Track and forecast budgets and complete invoicing.
