The Probst Group is looking for a Wastewater Operations Specialist based in Hartland, WI. This role involves supporting industrial wastewater treatment projects and requires about 50% travel to various client locations.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong foundation in environmental science. Responsibilities include maintaining wastewater systems, training operators, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read P&IDs, controls narratives, and O&M manuals.

Responsabilités

• Travel to various locations and client facilities (approximately 50% travel).
• Maintain healthy wastewater treatment systems that comply with permits.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to complete project scopes.
• Diagnose operating problems and perform necessary corrective actions.
• Provide on-site training to operators at client sites.
