Job summary

Probst Group is seeking an Assistant Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager to enhance operations within our Technical Services Team. This key role involves managing the safe and efficient operation of wastewater treatment systems, overseeing team performance, and providing operational support. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Up to 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate or higher degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to respond onsite within 45 minutes when on call.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of industrial wastewater treatment systems.
• Lead team performance discussions and manage personnel.
• Review plant process operating data and provide recommendations.
• Oversee onsite laboratory analysis for process control.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
