Ideal candidates will possess an Associate degree or higher, have strong communication skills, and be prepared for approximately 50% travel. Familiarity with wastewater operations and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer sites an estimated 50% of the time.
• Proficient in reading P&IDs, controls narratives, and O&M manuals.
• 3+ years in wastewater operations or related technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and troubleshoot wastewater systems.
• Conduct on-site training to operators at client sites.
• Generate SOPs, startup plans, preventive maintenance lists.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Proficient experience with Microsoft Office

Basic understanding of chemical, biological, and environmental science

Education

Completion of an Associate or higher degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
