Job summary

AE2S is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager in Lehi, Utah to lead planning, design, and delivery of wastewater projects across the region. You will blend technical leadership with client development and project execution to strengthen communities and infrastructure.

The role emphasizes team leadership, strong client relationships, and the ability to manage multiple projects within an expanding Utah footprint. Travel and collaboration with a national network are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental engineering or related field; PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in wastewater or water treatment design and project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage projects, clients and teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to clients.
• Experience or interest in business development and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and develop/implement strategies to drive local growth aligned with goals.
• Deliver water/wastewater engineering projects including planning, study, design, and construction administration.
• Manage performance of project team members including engineers and technicians.
• Maintain and grow client relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Identify, pursue, and manage project opportunities.
• Provide quality control and assurance on all project work.
• Maintain budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings.
