Job summary

Blue Ridge Executive Search is seeking a Construction Manager-Waste Water to lead complex municipal/industrial projects in California. You will oversee site operations, subcontractors, and design support, while managing costs, schedules, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 7-10+ years of construction mgmt experience in utilities or process facilities, with strong drawing literacy and leadership. PMP is preferred and coordination across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive construction management experience on complex projects.
• Experience with municipal wastewater, water infrastructure, or related facilities preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, structural, and controls drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural contractors from mobilization through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, site operations, and sub-contractor management.
• Lead design and engineering support, customer meetings (onsite and virtual).
• Manage project financials, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, contractual compliance, and timely project closeout.
• Develop and manage approvals, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
