• Proven track record managing electrical construction projects, preferably wastewater or water infrastructure.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting capabilities with demonstrated financial oversight.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of wastewater electrical construction projects in Santa Clarita.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee project financial performance, cost controls, and profitability.
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, municipalities, and field leadership.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
