Job summary

Blue Ridge Executive Search is seeking a Construction Manager-Waste Water for California projects. You will lead onsite and virtual construction activities, coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing complex industrial, utility, wastewater, energy, or process-equipment construction projects.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, civil and structural drawings and related documents.
• Excellent communication, time management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Be able to lead multiple teams and coordinate subcontractors from mobilization to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day construction management (On-site and virtual) and field leadership for the project.
• Lead client facing meetings to ensure alignment and progress, maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate all construction activities among civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls contractors.
• Manage subcontract administration including subcontracts, change orders, and schedule changes.
• Oversee project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting; provide monthly cost versus budget updates.
• Ensure compliance with prime/subcontract agreements, notices, and contractual milestones.
