Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience in water and wastewater treatment, water conveyance, sewers and sewer rehabilitation.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding design-build documents and contracts.
• Knowledge of project cost, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads project team including procurement, administration, and daily operations.
• Ensures projects are completed on time, under budget and profitable.
• Coordinates with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Reviews change orders for accuracy and maintains project documentation.
• Maintains OSHA safety standards and a safe working environment.
