Job summary

Apex Companies - CSW seeks a Project Engineer to design wastewater systems for the New England division. This hybrid role can be based in Quincy or Woburn, MA, with responsibilities spanning design, coordination with subconsultants, and client engagement.

You will support project teams, manage schedules, and contribute to regulatory compliance while growing expertise in local regulations and technical software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 2+ years of professional wastewater engineering design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with MS Office.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or PE license pursuit or reciprocity ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, calculations, and cost estimates for wastewater projects.
• Assist PM in schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and lead design efforts on less complex tasks.
• Lead fieldwork, surveying, and construction observation as needed.
• Develop regulatory knowledge and client communications for project milestones.
