Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with water or wastewater treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex engineering design, planning, and oversight for construction projects.
• Lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate with contractors and utilities.
• Develop cost estimates, schedules, and feasibility studies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare technical specifications.
