The position offers a 2,2,3 shift schedule (6 AM - 6 PM) with starting pay around $23.78 per hour and additional pay increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year wastewater treatment experience or equivalent training strongly preferred.
• Basic mechanical competency with standard wastewater equipment including pumps and automation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the wastewater treatment system in compliance with discharge limits.
• Monitor control panels and adjust valves to regulate flow and chemicals.
• Start/stop pumps, engines, and generators to control wastewater flow.
• Maintain operation logs and record meter readings.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plant equipment.
