Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Wastewater Supervisor in Idaho to plan, organize, and direct plant procedures ensuring compliance with federal and state environmental requirements. The role requires independent judgment and initiative in a largely independent setting, with office and field duties.

You will lead daily plant operations, enforce permit criteria, and coordinate maintenance activities while training staff to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Idaho Wastewater Certification; Grade 2 required, Grade 3 preferred.
• 3–5 years of wastewater experience, with Membrane Bio-reactor aerobic treatment a plus.
• Experience leading projects and managing staff using best-in-class methods.
• Experience with predictive maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to train and evaluate others in safe operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate operation and maintenance per parameters and regulations.
• Lead troubleshooting and plan system maintenance to prevent failures.
• Set schedules and monitor performance of operators.
• Assist with training staff to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP practices.
