Job summary

Chobani in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking an EHS Supervisor responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company policies. This onsite role supports the broader EHS team, drives safety compliance, and promotes a culture of safety across all departments.

The position requires leading trainings, performing risk assessments, conducting inspections, and tracking safety metrics while collaborating with staff and leadership to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NRC regulations.
• Hands-on experience with safety programs (LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, etc.).
• Experience with safety program management and industrial hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist EHS Department with projects and responsibilities.
• Support compliance with EHS regulations and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments for safe work practices.
• Maintain Safety Training Tracking System updates and assignments.
• Lead training sessions on regulatory compliance and EHS standards.
• Perform inspections and audits for EHS programs (LOTO, fall protection, etc.).
• Collaborate with staff to address safety concerns and implement EHS programs.
• Monitor safety metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Support investigations and root-cause analysis for incidents.
