Job summary

The Stover Group is seeking an Operations Specialist to operate and maintain wastewater facilities and processes.

This full-time role requires hands-on use of common tools, monitoring gauges, and ensuring smooth daily operations on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or six months related experience and/or a combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs; able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and basic mechanical principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater facilities and processes.
• Inspect equipment and monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges to prevent downtime.
• Maintain clean work areas, hand and power tools, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform routine minimum control tests and assist with facility maintenance.
• Communicate data and information relative to daily operations in logbooks and at shift change.
