Job summary

The Stover Group is seeking a self-motivated Operations Specialist to operate and maintain wastewater facilities. This full-time in-person role offers a guaranteed overtime schedule, 182 working days a year, and a 12-hour shift pattern.

You will inspect equipment, perform routine tests, and maintain logs while supporting a clean, safe work environment. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (or six months related experience) and ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or six months related experience.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and climb stairs; lift and carry 75 pounds.
• Experience with basic measurements, tools, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater facilities and processes.
• Inspect equipment and monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges.
• Maintain clean work areas, tools, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform routine minimum control tests and assist with facility maintenance.
• Communicate data and observations in operator logbooks and during shift changes.
• Perform other duties as required in a timely manner.
