Job summary

The Stover Group is seeking a self-motivated Operations Specialist to manage daily wastewater facility tasks in person. Expect 12-hour shifts, night coverage, and guaranteed overtime every pay period. The role emphasizes safety (H2S awareness), precise data logging, and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifying candidates will have a GED or HS diploma and basic math skills. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or six months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater facilities and processes.
• Inspect equipment and monitor gauges to prevent downtime.
• Maintain clean work areas and tools; perform routine tests.
• Assist with facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Log data during shifts and communicate pertinent information.
