Agropur is seeking a Wastewater Operator I in Le Sueur, MN. The role covers day-to-day wastewater treatment operations, ensuring compliance with discharge limits and proper handling of sludge, chemicals, and process controls.

The candidate will monitor panels, perform routine maintenance, and document results. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic mechanical skills; operator certification is encouraged or obtained within one year.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical competency with standard wastewater equipment.
• Wastewater Operator Certification required by state agency or obtained within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the wastewater treatment system in compliance with discharge limits.
• Monitor control panels and adjust valves manually or remotely.
• Maintain logs of operations and meter readings; record data.
• Perform preventative maintenance and simple troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Conduct sampling and analysis of wastewater processes and adjust as needed.
