Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Wastewater Operations Supervisor in Georgia to lead a small team of seven operators and laboratory staff. You will oversee daily plant operations, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance while driving performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of wastewater operations experience.
• Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator License or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor seven operators and laboratory personnel.
• Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate operational and maintenance work to maximize plant performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with permit requirements, environmental regulations, company SOPs, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations.
• Manage the work order management system and maintenance planning activities.
• Prepare and review operational data, regulatory reports, and compliance documentation, including DMRs and other required submissions.
• Troubleshoot complex operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Support regulatory inspections and maintain positive working relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
