Job summary

Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) is seeking a Wastewater Supervisor for its Constantine, MI facility. You will lead daily operations of the wastewater treatment system, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable plant performance.

You will supervise operators, coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering, and drive continuous improvement projects while maintaining documentation and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial wastewater treatment experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret process and lab data and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation and monitoring of the wastewater treatment system.
• Ensure environmental permits and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and develop wastewater operators; coordinate training.
