Job summary

You will lead a multi-shift team and collaborate with Manufacturing, Facilities, EHS, and Process Engineering to ensure safe, compliant operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial wastewater and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, with supervisory experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years in supervisory role.
• 5+ years in industrial wastewater treatment.
• Experience in chemical processing or semiconductor/clean manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee chemical treatment processes and wastewater operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental reporting.
• Lead multi-shift technical team and partner with EH&S.
• Develop continuous improvement plans with plant manager.
• Maintain lab and instrumentation knowledge.
