Job summary

WhiteWater, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Manager of Wastewater Operations & Maintenance to lead and optimize municipal and private water facilities in the northeast.

You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement and team performance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in water or wastewater management, and a 5C license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Water or Wastewater management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• 5C Wastewater License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment.
• DOT medical card and drug screen.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater Operations & Maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage group resources and budgets to meet performance goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent; support succession planning.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and leading proposal efforts.
