Job summary

Pentagon Technologies Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Wastewater Supervisor to lead regulatory compliance and operations of site wastewater treatment within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. You will oversee chemical treatment, ultra‑high purity water systems, hazardous waste handling, and environmental compliance while managing a multi‑shift operations team.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Facilities, EHS, and Process Engineering, you will ensure safe, compliant, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or closely related field).
• Supervisory role for 3+ years.
• 5+ years in Industrial (Non‑Municipal) wastewater treatment.
• Chemical processing or semiconductor/clean manufacturing environments experience.
• Strong knowledge of Acid/Base Chemistry, Precipitation/Flocculation processes, Hazardous waste handling, Environmental compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance and wastewater treatment processes.
• Lead multi‑shift team; train and develop staff.
• Develop continuous improvement plan with Plant Manager and HRIS training/certifications.
• Monitor data collection; trend instrument performance and deviations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, EH&S, and Process Engineering for safe, compliant operations.
