AlexRenew is seeking a Machinery Lubrication Technician to ensure reliable operation of rotating equipment across the Water Resource Recovery Facility and pump stations in Alexandria, VA. You will support predictive maintenance, maintain lubrication routes, and document activities per manufacturer specs.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of wastewater maintenance experience.
• Lubrication technician certification or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Virginia wastewater license preferred or ability to obtain within 18 months.

Responsabilidades

• Perform lubrication tasks on pumps, motors, gearboxes and other rotating equipment.
• Use ultrasound tools to verify lubrication and detect bearing issues.
• Support predictive maintenance and analyze lubrication data.
• Maintain lubrication routes and schedules in the CMMS (Maximo).
• Document activities and ensure records are accurate.
• Review specifications and assist in root cause analysis.
