On-Board PMO in Washington, WV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep plant equipment reliable through lubrication, inspections, and routine maintenance. You will collect data using CMMS, monitor oil conditions and vibration, and support safety-driven maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial machinery.
• Ability to use handheld electronic devices, inspection tools, and equipment monitoring instruments.
• Read, understand, and follow lubrication schedules and equipment docs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records with attention to detail.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented with strong safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication of plant equipment and systems.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain lubrication systems and reservoirs.
• Document lubrication and maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Monitor oil condition data and lubricant grades.
• Use monitoring equipment to collect vibration, temperature, and reliability data.
• Identify abnormal equipment conditions and communicate findings to the team.
• Support preventive, predictive maintenance, and outages as needed.
• Assist in improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
