City Of Alexandria Va Sanitation Authority seeks a Machinery Lubrication Technician to manage lubrication of pumps, motors and gearboxes at the wastewater facility and offsite stations. You will support predictive maintenance, analyze oil and vibration data, and keep accurate lubrication records.

The role requires reading technical documents, following safety procedures, and working with maintenance teams. Experience in wastewater maintenance is preferred; a Level 1 lubrication cert and a valid

• Certifications required or obtainable within 18 months.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in wastewater maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform lubrication tasks on pumps, motors, gearboxes and rotating equipment.
• Use ultrasound tools to verify lubrication and detect bearing issues.
• Support predictive maintenance and data analysis.
• Maintain CMMS lubrication routes and records.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
