Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on municipal wastewater lift stations in Forsyth County, GA. You will work with pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment in the field.

Responsibilities include inspections, testing, repair of pumps and rotating equipment, welding and fabrication assistance, and maintaining maintenance records. On-call rotation and safety focus required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Experience with pumps, motors, rotating equipment, welding, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and maintain a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs on wastewater lift stations.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct equipment testing, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Assist with welding, fabrication, piping, and equipment installations.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Participate in emergency response and rotating on-call coverage as needed.
