Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and up to 18 months of specialized education or training in a specific area or trade.
• One year of experience related to customer service or an area of inspection is required.
• Requires a valid Texas driver’s license and compliance with City of Houston driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections, identifies problem areas and recommends solutions.
• Prepares and submits various technical reports and maintains filing systems and documentation.
• Arranges transportation to and from work sites and coordinates with depts and technical professionals.
• Documents activities using pictures, emails, and asset management system and meets with management as needed.
