Job summary

Thompson Turner Construction Industrial Building Group in South Carolina seeks a Senior Project Executive - Wastewater to oversee all wastewater construction from pre-construction through project closeout. You will lead safety, schedule, budgeting, and field execution while developing client relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; equivalent experience preferred.
• 10–12 years minimum supervising wastewater and industrial buildings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Blue Beam.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-directed entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, pursuit, and acquisition of wastewater construction opportunities.
• Oversee bids, proposals, estimates, and project pursuits.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and industry networking events.
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Drive market insight related to pricing, capacity, and operational feasibility.
• Lead pre-construction activities including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and project scope documentation.
• Ensure regulatory alignment during planning phases; oversee all wastewater construction projects.
• Promote safety, quality, and efficient jobsite practices; coordinate resources across projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and overall profitability; mentor team.
