The Novato Sanitary District seeks a collaborative, proactive leader to serve as Collection System Superintendent. This role oversees daily operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the wastewater collection and recycled water systems, planning and supervising crews.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or Public Administration.
• 4 years of experience in collection system maintenance, repair, and inspection.
• 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Valid California Class C driver's license required.
• CWEA Grade IV certificate highly desirable.
