Job summary

Blue Bear Waste Services, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support customer service, sales operations, and account management. You will act as a liaison between customers, Strategic Account Managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or administrative support.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up.
Prepare customer proposals, service agreements, and supporting documents.
Support account managers with administration and new business opportunities.
Process orders, service requests, and account updates in company systems.
Coordinate with operations, billing, and sales to ensure accurate service implementation and onboarding.
Generate reports and provide administrative support to the Customer Experience Lead and managers.
Maintain accurate customer records and history in CRM systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
