Job summary

Waste Pro in Monroe, NC is hiring a Residential Helper to assist refuse truck drivers across the Charlotte area. You will help load waste, operate the truck packing mechanism, and ensure safe, courteous service to residents and customers. Physical duties include lifting, pushing, and working in varying weather conditions, with opportunities to learn routes and assist multiple crews as needed. No CDL is required.
