Casella Waste Systems, Inc. in Belmont, NH is looking for a diligent Helper to support driver routes and deliver exceptional customer service on every stop. This entry-level role requires stamina to lift 50 lb repeatedly and to work in varying weather conditions, with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will assist with loading and unloading, maneuver containers, operate the hoist, back up drivers on routes, and participate in ongoing training to support our mission and core values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong relationship skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload containers manually or with equipment.
• Maneuver containers to complete service at curbside, dockside, or carryout.
• Operate hoisting device to lift/empty bins into truck hopper.
• Return serviced bins to original position with covers in place.
• Assist driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Load trash and recycling into rear load truck in variable weather.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Work in a fast-paced, changing environment and communicate professionally.
• Participate in training and initiatives to support company mission and values.
