Job summary

MYCA: Material Handling seeks a Waste & Recycling Account Manager to oversee daily account operations, optimize processes, and drive growth across supplier and customer supply chains. You will lead client and vendor communications, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with internal teams to implement sustainability initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, accurate reporting, and strategic program rollouts in a hybrid work setting, based at our Cary, NC office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Waste & Recycling or sustainability experience.
• Solid understanding of waste streams, diversion and recycling programs.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking.
• Ability to identify cost savings and perform ROI analysis.
• Strong project management and coordination with vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily account operations and relationships across supply chains.
• Track productivity, drive growth and optimize account operations.
• Prepare presentations for meetings and QBRs.
• Lead client and vendor calls and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Analyze waste data to identify trends and improvements.
• Manage projects related to sustainability initiatives and onboarding.
