Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or waste management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations, including staffing, work areas, collection routes, and schedules.
• Collect, sort, and transport waste and recyclable materials from designated areas.
• Properly separate general waste, recyclables, and production waste and dispose of them per requirements.
• Follow EHS, PPE, and safety requirements when handling hazardous waste and report spills.
• Operate waste carts, hand trucks, compactors, and related equipment; perform routine inspections.
• Maintain 5S standards in waste collection points and storage areas.
• Oversee equipment and 5S conditions and coordinate solutions to issues.
• Coordinate with Production, EHS, and other departments to improve safety and efficiency.
