Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH, is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Encapsulation to manage personnel, production and quality while enforcing safety and cost controls.

You will report to the Lead Supervisor, organize production by orders, train operators, monitor KPI performance, and ensure compliance with safety rules and 5S standards. This is a first shift position requiring strong leadership, problem solving and coordination with multiple departments to maintain continuous line

Qualifications

• English and/or Mandarin proficiency; ability to read safety/maintenance docs.
• 1 year manufacturing experience or training; or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Visual requirements: near/far acuity, depth and color vision tested.

Responsibilities

• Report to Lead supervisor and plan production per orders.
• Ensure plant safety; supervise safety management and compliance.
• Manage quality and cost; track KPI to meet company targets.
• Prepare shift meetings; report production, quality, and regulatory issues.
• Coordinate between departments to maintain continuous line operation.
