Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is hiring a Water Processing Tech I for entry-level duties including off-loading trucks, QA/QC on waste streams, sampling, and loading materials into processing systems. A basic mechanical understanding of waste processing equipment is expected, including forklifts, hose and valves.

The role requires basic safety knowledge, ability to operate various power tools, and adherence to OSHA requirements. GED program is offered and training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; GED program offered.
• 1+ year of experience required.
• Able to pass respirator fit test.
• Ability to utilize NetSuite.
• Must operate cranes, forklifts, hand trucks, and other power tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand basic facility permit requirements and safety/compliance duties.
• Operate equipment including pressure washers, power tools, forklifts, and hand trucks.
• Safely operate mobile equipment within facility boundaries.
• Off-load inbound packages, liquid trucks, and containers.
• Process inbound material using facility and mobile equipment.
• Perform QA/QC and lab analysis for waste receiving/shipping.
• Complete facility paperwork and safety records.
