Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Water Processing Technician I for the 2nd shift to safely process waste streams, sample and QA/QC materials, and operate forklifts and cranes. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, 1+ year in a related field, and the ability to pass a respirator test.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• GED Works program offered by Reworld.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Able to pass respirator fit test.
• Proficient with NetSuite.
• Able to operate cranes, forklifts and other power tools.
• Strong attention to safety, detail and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Understand facility permit requirements and support safety/compliance.
• Operate equipment: pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts.
• Safely operate mobile equipment within facility boundaries.
• Off-load inbound packages, liquid trucks and containers.
• Process inbound material with facility and mobile equipment.
• QA/QC and lab analysis for waste streams and shipments.
• Complete facility paperwork for regulatory and safety records.
• General facility and grounds cleaning.
