Job summary

Envita Solutions is seeking a Waste Handler for a fast-paced facility in the United States. The role involves collection, movement, sorting, and processing of all wastes while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading waste and recyclables, operating forklifts and handling equipment, and complying with EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulations. High school or equivalent education is preferred, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position with regulatory awareness.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Experience with EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Must wear personal protective equipment including respirator.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload solid and liquid waste and recyclables safely.
• Move material using hand trucks, pallet jacks, fork trucks.
• Operate equipment like balers, shredders, grinders, pumps, tanks.
• Sort materials according to guidelines for processing.
• Maintain safety and comply with EPA/DOT/OSHA regulations.
• Perform cleanup and housekeeping as directed.
• Grow in alignment with company values.
