Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an entry-level Waste Technician to perform routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks, load/unload containers, and aid in safe decontamination and disposal processes under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months experience in hazardous waste or chemical environments; forklift proficiency is preferred, with 40-hour HAZWOPER training a plus. Benefit-rich position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers).
• Transport hazardous waste materials within the facility as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
