Job summary

GFL Industries is hiring a Residential Driver to safely and courteously provide waste removal services. You will collect waste or recyclables on curbside or backdoor routes and transport to post-collection facilities.

Responsibilities include operating a fully automated side loading truck, performing inspections, reporting, and maintaining records while working with supervision to improve routing and efficiency. CDL and driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Possess valid CDL and meet safety-sensitive criteria.
• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to safely drive a truck and operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automated side loading truck on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and daily reports.
• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor or mechanic immediately.
• Maintain route quality standards and comply with safety policies.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and accurate records of services performed.
