Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Residential Driver to provide safe, efficient waste removal on curbside and backdoor routes. You will operate automated trucks, perform inspections, and report mechanical issues while maintaining route quality and safety compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid CDL, with at least two years of driving experience or a CDL school certificate. You will work independently and contribute to efficient routing and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a fully automated side loading truck on curbside and backdoor routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and comprehensive reports daily.
• Report any mechanical issues to supervisor or mechanic immediately.
• Maintain route quality and follow safety and vehicle operation rules.
• Keep vehicle clean and maintain documentation of services performed.
