Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Helper to safely assist drivers in collecting solid waste from residential customers in Mauston, WI. Responsibilities

• Collect solid waste/recyclables from customer premises or curbside.
• Load solid waste into rear or side of collection vehicle.
• Sort recyclables and deposit into proper compartments.
• Assist driver in safe vehicle operation and backing in tight spaces.
• Operate truck equipment to compact waste and materials.
• Audit vehicle safety equipment before leaving the branch.
