This hands-on role serves as a stepping stone to supervisory or operations positions, with responsibilities that include scheduling loads, coordinating crews, and maintaining production flow. You will supervise 2–3 associates, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, follow safety procedures, and help uphold quality and efficiency on the

• Lead and assign daily tasks to a team of 2–3 production associates, keeping work accurate and on schedule.
• Schedule wash loads and coordinate drying schedules to keep production flowing efficiently.
• Sort and process linen and textile products according to established procedures.
• Inspect products for cleanliness, quality, damage, and proper condition.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, following training.
• Monitor chemical inventory levels.
• Fold, package, and prepare finished products for customer delivery.
• Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard‑free.
