Responsibilities

• Establish work priorities with supervisor and train team.
• Conduct team meetings for updates and improvements.
• Plan work and resolve on-the-job production issues.
• Monitor Wash Aisle and Mat Department throughput.
• Ensure machines run efficiently and quality standards are met.
• Inspect, coordinate and record team work.
• Address discipline issues with supervisor.
• Assist with housekeeping at shift end.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues and coordinate with vendors for major repairs.
• Maintain a maintenance log.
