Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Wash Aisle Operator in a production facility. The role involves loading and unloading textiles into industrial washers and related equipment, monitoring cycles, and ensuring smooth flow of textiles through the wash area. You will report to the Production Manager and work as a team member.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks within the team based on daily needs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate industrial washers, tumblers, extractors, lifts, hoists, and related laundry processing equipment.
• Monitor washing and drying cycles and input data into automated washing systems.
• Maintain efficient flow of textiles through the wash aisle and transport materials to the next production stage.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, process issues, or quality concerns to supervision.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use of PPE.
