Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a PH&W Screening Specialist to recruit, screen, and refer warriors to PH&W, Soldier Ride, and Adaptive Sports programs. You’ll coordinate virtual and in-person activities, deliver wellness education, and collaborate with multiple departments to maximize impact.

You’ll use Teams and CRM tools to manage participants, track outcomes, and travel up to 50% as needed. A bachelor’s in health science or related field is required; masters preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science or related field.
• Two years of experience in fitness/health management, wellness coaching, or related area.
• Experience with CRM/event management systems (Salesforce, Blackthorn).
• CPR-First Aid Certification and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and recruit warriors for PH&W programs (virtual and in-person).
• Lead recruiting events and welcome calls with minimal supervision.
• Develop pre-program content to assess readiness and direct participants to PH&W programming.
• Plan and execute recruiting events and manage communications to warriors and families.
• Maintain program recruiting model and data integrity across systems.
