Job summary

Garage Door Services in Schertz, TX, serving the greater San Antonio area, seeks a Warranty Technician to diagnose and repair warranty issues on residential garage doors and openers. You will inspect concerns, identify solutions, and ensure claims are handled professionally.

As a Warranty Technician based in Schertz, TX, you will diagnose, repair, and resolve warranty-related issues involving residential garage doors, openers, and related systems. You will serve as a trusted representative of our company, working directly with homeowners to inspect concerns, identify solutions, and ensure warranty claims are handled efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, working independently in the field, and delivering a positive customer experience. Success in this position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You'll play a key role in protecting customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards that Garage Door Services is known for.

You Will Be Trusted To:
