Responsibilities

• Oversight of a workgroup by providing guidance and instruction.
• Serve as an OEM subject matter expert and lead a team of Warranty Administrators.
• Maintain OEM training and certification if applicable.
• Engage with Product Management and Development to prioritize accounts for implementation on the WarrCloud Platform and Chirp.
• Facilitate team meetings and participate in sales calls and kickoff meetings.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and coach team on service standards.
• Lead talent selection, interviewing, development, and performance management.
• Provide second-tier support for client escalations and schedule coverage/back-up for Warranty Administrators.
